  • Student must first e-mail me for return authorization number within 90 days of purchase.
  • Packages that are sent without authorization number first being obtained will not be accepted. NO EXCEPTIONS
  • Student must submit proof that they made at least 10 offers. Copies of realtor contracts are acceptable.
  • Product must be returned in new, resalable condition.
